We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive your Ringlight and find that it is broken or faulty, we will honour our obligation as set out in the Consumer Guarantees act to provide a remedy. In this instance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the fault and we will arrange for your item to be returned and replaced.
We will require your receipt as proof of purchase and returned in the original packaging.
