If you order your product whilst on pre-order, please note that your product is not currently in stock and will therefore take longer to arrive than our standard estimated shipping times.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, notifying you that your order has been received and payment has been processed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email letting you know that your parcel has been dispatched. If you have chosen a tracked or expressing shipping option, the email will also contain your tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery of your purchase.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Ringlight Selfie is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific instructions left for the courier.
A signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders can only be dispatched by us Monday- Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
